Left Ludington and headed north on WI 31 and just past Manistee caught M-22 that follows the east side of LK Michigan.
It's about 116 miles of scenic twisty windy road. There are several scenic overlooks that provide a great view of LK Michigan. Several small towns with antique stores, shops, restaurants.
Overnight in Traverse City then off to Mackinaw City tomorrow.
