Oklahoma City, OK

Leaving Terrible's Casino this morning the temperature was a cool 42 degrees, arriving in OK City...82 degrees and sunny! We are parked for a few days in Oklahoma City. Twin Fountains RV Park is a fairly new park that is close to most of the points of interest in OK City. It is a Good Sam Park and has over 150 sites.

A memorial and museum was created after the bombing of the Alfred Murrah Federal Building in April of 1995. 168 lives were lost as well and over 600 injured. It was the single worst act of terrorism prior to 9-11. The memorial is open 24/7 and the museum is open 9am-6pm.

There are lots of other interesting sites to see here, Firefighters Museum, National Cowboy Museum, Bricktown, racetrack/casino and more.
