Siesta Key Sand Sculpture Contest
The contest was held between November 8 - 12 on the beach. There are usually 20 - 25 sculptors vying for the top prize of $9,000. To be eligible, sculptors must have won at least one international contest. There also 30 - 40 vendors set-up outside the sculpture area.
