Passport America pre-rally day

A nice day for a drive through the cornfields of Indiana. I80 would probably been quicker from Gary,IN to Elkhart but it's ALL toll. So we drove east on US30 to US6 then north on State 15 to Goshen.

The Elkhart Co Fairgrounds is a smaller version of the MN State Fairgrounds. The Fair is the 2nd largest county fair held in the US. The fairgrounds is also set up for public camping year round. They have the capacity for up to 900 campsites with about 2/3 temporary.
