Lake Pepin, MN
Lake Pepin is down stream on the Mississippi, from Red Wing. Lake Pepin is the Mississippi's largest lake. It is 40 square miles and has an average depth of 18 feet.
The water levels on the river here are starting to recede. This area of Minnesota has recorded the second wettest June since 1874 with all most 12" of rain.
